This is a series of self-growth, mindset changing, self-optimization workshops designed to help you revive your mind! Ever wonder why you have bad habits, or just feel stuck on some days? Developing your mental skills can help you to break the cycle of bad habits and mediocrity by renewing your mind and give you the skills to overcome. The series will choose from various mental skills to help you re-train your mind to live optimally. This month will be on "the Power of Self Talk". Bring a friend or spouse, come sip on some coffee and learn what is self-talk and how do we use our own self-talk as a powerful tool! Email for details, and to RSVP! Space is limited!!! (this is an in person event, cost is $25/person, coffee is included)
